English National Ballet invites people with Parkinson's, their carers and family memberes to our studios in Kensington, to explore dance and movement activities with specialist dance artists and live musical accompaniment. Discover English National Ballet’s repertoire in a creative, stimulating and friendly environment. These sessions are specially designed to bring people with Parkinson's, their carers and families together in a unique dance experience. Weekly classes introduce participants to movement and dance principles which can improve balance, co-ordination, flexibility and confidence. Anyone is welcome to join in this unique opportunity to express yourself artistically and engage with English National Ballet.
